Core monitoring runs locally; live weather and external services need connectivity. Terminal outages can leave gaps in readings. Equipment safety interlocks remain independent of Modulink.
Build and Price
Hardware is a one-time purchase. Skills start at $20 per terminal per month, billed annually. Engineering assistance: $200/hour. Applicable Skills and final scope are confirmed with your quote.
Power supplies, batteries, mounting hardware, sensors, probes, valves and relay accessories are separate line items. Cabling and site network work are additional. Travel is extra; customers pay shipping and applicable sales tax.
Installation and support
Modulink hardware: one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Exclusions apply. Warranty terms.
Customer self-installation, remote diagnostics and over-the-air updates are supported. Documentation is available on request; the electronic installation and configuration guide is in preparation.
