We build Indi industrial terminals, Agri field terminals and the shared Basestation for on-site monitoring and control. Our products are in production.
Modulink is a brand of Sobti Enterprises, a privately held California corporation in business since 2022.
From instruments to an on-site system
Indi connects compatible industrial instruments over LoRa or Wi-Fi. Agri connects root-zone sensors and compatible latching irrigation valves over LoRa. Both use a shared on-site Basestation for dashboards, history and application-specific Skills.
Engineering reviews your instrument signals, power, radio coverage and control requirements before finalizing the scope. Sensors, valves, power supplies, mounting, installation and integration work must be identified in the quote. Existing process controls and safety interlocks remain independent.

Production monitoring at Falcon Water Technologies
Falcon provides RO membrane-cleaning services. Modulink has monitored its cleaning skids in production since 2025. The work has expanded to hardware designed into Falcon’s product line and a read-only ERP integration.

Founder and engineer
Russ brings a background in aerospace R&D, embedded systems and RF communications to Modulink. The engineering work spans hardware, firmware and on-site software for industrial and agricultural equipment.
