One-year limited hardware warranty

What is covered

For a covered manufacturing defect, Sobti Enterprises will repair or replace the defective hardware, at its option, without charging for parts or repair labor. Proof of purchase is required.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents or improper storage.
• Damage caused by incorrect wiring, improper installation, unsuitable power supplies, electrical surges or operation outside the specified electrical or environmental limits.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or improperly performed repairs.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, and normal battery depletion or consumption of other consumables.
• Third-party sensors, probes, valves, batteries and other accessories; any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate.

Self-installation, routine maintenance or third-party service does not by itself void this warranty. An exclusion applies to damage caused by the excluded activity or condition.

How to request warranty service

Use our support form or contact info@getmodulink.com with your proof of purchase, product model, serial number if available, and a description of the issue. Contact us before returning hardware so we can provide diagnostic and return instructions, including any applicable shipping arrangements.

Hardware coverage and your rights

This limited warranty covers hardware manufacturing defects. It is not a software support subscription or a guarantee of battery runtime, connectivity range or application outcomes. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
