Terminals and Base Station are a one-time hardware purchase. Skills are billed per Terminal, per month, billed annually. That's the whole model — you can price a deployment from this page, with no cellular bill and no line items to negotiate.

- Terminal hardware — industrial field I/O, one-time purchase
- Base Station hardware and the full software stack: dashboards, historian, alerting, user accounts, audit log
- The core platform — no separate platform fee, no per-seat fee
- Terminal commissioning — captive-portal onboarding onto your on-site network (Indi); zero-touch over-the-air provisioning (Agri)
- Open data egress: MQTT, REST, and Prometheus (Modbus TCP at the Base Station)
- Skill license for every Terminal covered by your annual term

- Sensors and transmitters — Terminals read your existing 4-20 mA and 0-3.3 V instruments
- Cabling and conduit between instruments and Terminals
- Site network work — Wi-Fi coverage, LAN drops, switch ports
- Travel for on-site work

Skill Term
What happens if you don't renew.
Degrade, not disable.
When a Skill license expires, there's a grace period — then the Skill goes read-only. Your records stay on your Base Station and stay accessible. The core platform keeps running: telemetry, storage, base dashboards, device management. Nothing bricks, nothing phones home to check, and no data is held hostage.
Renew and the Skill picks back up where it left off. This isn't policy on a page — license enforcement is built to degrade, never fail closed. The hardware is yours; it never stops being yours.
